Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the spade96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate, current, and valid.

Spade96 accepts a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay and online banking via major Malaysian banks. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time at the platform management's discretion.

The terms relating to transactions are as follows:

• All deposits are final and non-reversible once a transaction has been confirmed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
• Spade96 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review or identity verification (KYC) purposes.
• Any attempt to process payments through unauthorised or fraudulent means will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Spade96 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.
